Contracts workspace: Navigation

1. Navigation

   • Breadcrumbs (Home, Workspace)
   • Status (In Progress, All Agreements)
   • My contract package/All organization
   • Quick filters (to review by upcoming, auto-created, signing, or rejected)

2. List and grid functionality

   • Observe total number of records
   • Show more records per page
   • Export list data
   • Show additional columns
   • Page through all records

Contracts workspace: Actions

1. Select one record to view timeline and documents panel.
2. Select a package number to either open or review the package.

Scenario 1: Partner wants to find agreements for a given customer

Partner lands on the Contracts workspace home.

Scenario 2: Partner wants to see contracts in progress or all agreements

Toggle between in-progress packages (that have not yet been activated) and all agreements.

Scenario 3: Partner wants to view My Contracts or their organization’s contracts

Toggle between viewing My contracts versus My organization contracts.

Scenario 4: Partner wants to use quick filters on contracts

Use quick filters to view relevant contracts with just a click.

Scenario 5: Partner wants to find agreements for a given customer

View the list of contracts.

Scenario 6: Partner wants to change columns in Contracts workspace

1. Control what columns appear in the Contracts workspace.
2. Selecting Columns will bring up a list of columns that can be selected and deselected.
3. Your selection will appear in the list of packages.

Scenario 7: Partner wants to export the list of contracts to a spreadsheet

Export the list to a spreadsheet.

Scenario 8: Partner wants to perform an advanced search for contracts

To perform an advanced search, select Advanced Search.

Scenario 9: Partner wants to do an advanced search

Perform an advanced search to get a specific result.

Scenario 10: Partner wants to find agreements for a given customer

1. Select the agreement number hyperlink to view the agreement in a separate window.
2. Select the package number to view the package.

Scenario 11: Partner wants to view an agreement

View the agreement details.

Scenario 12: Partner wants to view a contract package

View the contract. See the next section on reviewing and editing for more details.
