Module introduction and objectives
This training is intended for:
- All partners working within MPSA.
This module enables you to do the following operations:
- Summarize the different sales package notifications and recognize the action that triggers each notification.
- Realize who receives the different agreement notifications.
Sales package notifications
Here is your Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA) to review and sign:
- Purpose: To inform that signatory that the sales package is ready for signature.
- Process trigger: Sales package is sent to the customer for signature.
- Recipient: Agreement signer.
Microsoft Volume Licensing contract withdrawn:
- Purpose: The partner informs the signatory that they have withdrawn the sales package.
- Process trigger: The partner withdrew the sales package, and the customer has either signed or not signed using DocuSign. Notification isn't triggered if the customer declined the sales package on DocuSign.
- Recipient: Agreement signer.
Microsoft Volume Licensing contract declined:
- Purpose: The customer declined the sales package, and the partner was informed.
- Process trigger: The customer declined the sales package.
- Recipient: Agreement signer.
