MPSA sales package notifications

Module introduction and objectives 

This training is intended for:

  • All partners working within MPSA.

This module enables you to do the following operations: 

  • Summarize the different sales package notifications and recognize the action that triggers each notification.  
  • Realize who receives the different agreement notifications. 

Sales package notifications 

Here is your Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA) to review and sign: 

  • Purpose: To inform that signatory that the sales package is ready for signature.
  • Process trigger: Sales package is sent to the customer for signature.
  • Recipient: Agreement signer.

Microsoft Volume Licensing contract withdrawn: 

  • Purpose: The partner informs the signatory that they have withdrawn the sales package.
  • Process trigger: The partner withdrew the sales package, and the customer has either signed or not signed using DocuSign. Notification isn't triggered if the customer declined the sales package on DocuSign. 
  • Recipient: Agreement signer.

Microsoft Volume Licensing contract declined: 

  • Purpose: The customer declined the sales package, and the partner was informed.
  • Process trigger: The customer declined the sales package.
  • Recipient: Agreement signer.
