Structure of the Price List
The price list via the Microsoft Volume Licensing Partner Center is similar to previous price lists, with some new, modified filters, fields, and attribute values. These new fields, filters, and attribute values can simplify filtering the price list to view key information quickly. This includes information identifying certain products and services and their price. Note that there are fields that are no longer in the price list.
Price Level Adjustments in the Microsoft Volume Licensing Partner Center
Price level adjustments are done automatically when the qualifying order for the next price level is placed. Any order that penetrates the next better price level immediately has the entire order granted at the new price level. Leveling down will be delivered in the future and will be conducted yearly on the customer’s compliance anniversary date.
When you save and validate, the portal is automatically adjust the pricing if you go up a level. It shows you the actual price you'll be getting, including the updated pricing if the points from the order would bump you from point A to point B.
The usage date is used to determine the application price list.
Partial Adjustments in the Microsoft Volume Licensing Partner Center
You can partially adjust the quantity down. Note that adjustments are only allowed in case of a genuine mistake by partners. For price levels, the correct volume discount is automatically applied to product purchases based on the purchase volume for your customer’s entire organization.
