Accessing Software Assurance Benefits (SAB) Reports
Software Assurance Benefits (SAB) reports are available under the Reports tile in the Volume Licensing Partner Center (VLPC). You can find specific reports for all benefits, and a comprehensive SAB usage report.
Obtaining Hard Copies of Invoices
To get hard copies of invoices, access the Invoices tile in VLPC. From this location, you can view and print a hard copy of the invoice. The printed document looks exactly the same as if the Microsoft Regional Operations printed it off and posted it to the provided address.
Identifying Software Assurance and License SKUs in Price List Reports
In a price list report, some Software Assurance and License and Software Assurance (LSA) SKUs may appear with the same name. To ensure you're viewing the correct item, include the Ordering Part Name and Item Type fields when selecting columns for your price list report.
Reconciling Unpaid Online Services (OLS)
Once all unpaid online services (OLS) are reconciled, the report continues to show the lines. This is because it also displays the corresponding lines that represent the reconciliation orders. However, the roll-up in the header will show net 0 under Seats to Order.
Data Limits in the Portal
There's a limit to the amount of data you can pull from the portal. The system only pulls 10,000 rows for all reports. It's recommended to use filters appropriately before downloading reports, especially those that can potentially include more information, such as price lists.
Weekly Batch Reports in MPSA
Partners typically do a weekly batch report and upload it. This process works similarly in MPSA. There's a specific batch upload form that you need to use, which can be found in the Help section.
