The My Cases and Support workspace provides a seamless partner support experience to engage with Microsoft. This development will focus on digital assistance, self-serve capabilities, and improving productivity and process efficiency. The My Cases and Support workspace will provide the following to partners:
- A unified view for cases raised by VL partners
- Help and support across the VL lifecycle
Additional capabilities and enhancements will be available in the next phases.

My Cases & Support is on the Microsoft Volume Licensing Central homepage under Workspace. Select this tile to open the page.
The My Cases & Support page shows Active Cases, the Action Required, and the Rejected Cases. You can also add new cases on this page or use the Search functionality.
