Initial order SA proration—Billing type
How the initial order SA is prorated depends on the billing type chosen for the order:
- Prepay billing (PE)- To align to the third affiliate anniversary, the initial order will be prorated from the coverage date and synchronized to the next affiliate anniversary date, plus 24 months.
- Anniversary billing (AE)- The first billing is prorated for the months remaining before the next affiliate anniversary. The two subsequent billings are for 12 months each.
- Order anniversary billing (OE)- The first two billings are for the full 12 months. The last billing is prorated based on the number of months remaining before the affiliate anniversary month.
How the initial order SA is prorated depends on the billing type chosen for the order:
- Upfront billing (PE)- The customer pays the full amount at the time of order.
- Affiliate anniversary billing (AE)- Payments are spread across affiliate anniversaries. The customer pays a third at the time of order, and another third on each of the next upcoming anniversaries.
- Order anniversary billing (OE)- Payments are spread across order anniversaries. The customer pays a third at the time of order, and another third on each of the next two order anniversaries.
