Reset a user’s password

To reset a user’s password:

  1. Sign in to windows365.microsoft.com with a Microsoft Entra Global Administrator account.
  2. Select Your organization’s Cloud PCs.
  3. Select the check box next to the user whose password you want to reset > Select.
  4. Under Reset password, choose the options that you want for resetting the password.
  5. Select Reset password.

You can also reset a user's password through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Microsoft Entra ID.
