Retrieves bus-relative configuration information and, if possible, claims these hardware resources in the registry for the caller.

A handle that represents a display adapter.

The number of requested resources.

The requested resources.

The number of access ranges.

The access ranges.

The vendor id.

DeviceId

The device id.

Slot

The memory slot.

This function returns NTSTATUS.
