DEVICE_DSM_ROUND_UP macro (ntddstor.h)
The DEVICE_DSM_ROUND_UP macro is a DSM helper routine that rounds a byte quantity up to a given number of whole bytes.

Parameters
_a
The original number of bytes to round up.
_b
The target whole number of bytes up to round _a to.
