Subtracts one value of type SSIZE_T from another.

Syntax

NTSTATUS RtlSSIZETSub(
  [in]  SSIZE_T Minuend,
  [in]  SSIZE_T Subtrahend,
  [out] SSIZE_T *pResult
);

Parameters

[in] Minuend

The value from which Subtrahend is subtracted.

[in] Subtrahend

The value to subtract from Minuend.

[out] pResult

A pointer to the result. If the operation results in a value that overflows or underflows the capacity of the type, the function returns STATUS_INTEGER_OVERFLOW and this parameter is not valid.

Return value

Returns STATUS_SUCCESS if the operation is successful.
