Init_NdisAllocateIoWorkItem rule (ndis)

The Init_NdisAllocateIoWorkItem rule specifies that if NdisAllocateIoWorkItem is called at least once during MiniportInitializeEx, the NdisFreeIoWorkItem function should:

• • be called at least once in MPHaltEx, if MiniportInitializeEx succeeds.
• • be called in MiniportInitializeEx, if MiniportInitializeEx fails.
