SetDescription method of the MSFT_StorageTier class
Updates the description of the storage tier.

Parameters
Description [in]
A description of the storage tier, provided by the user.
ExtendedStatus [out]
Extended error information from the storage provider in a MSFT_StorageExtendedStatus object. The information is implementation-specific.

There are not enough resources to complete the operation. (40002)
Cannot connect to the storage provider. (46000)
