KSPROPERTY_ALLOCATOR_CONTROL_CAPTURE_CAPS
The KSPROPERTY_ALLOCATOR_CONTROL_CAPTURE_CAPS property informs the Overlay Mixer of the capture capabilities of the video port (that is if capture support is available).
