Job will use all the shares when StorageCluster name is given, or use all the available cluster shared volumes from ComputeCluster.

IsCreateCluster Enter $True to create a new cluster before running PCS
IsRemoveCluster Enter $True to remove cluster after running PCS
IsConfigureHyperV Enter $True to validate Hyper-V feature is installed, and create a virtual switch on all 10Gbps or faster NICs. This parameter is ignored when IsCreateCluster is $false
