Profile Interrupt Test

The profile interrupt test sets the profile interrupt resolution to severalunique values. The hardware is allowed to settle after each rate change. Thenthe test attempts to register a profile interrupt handler with the HAL. Thehandler takes a timestamp using KeQueryPerformanceCounter() each time it runs.Those timestamps are ultimately sent back to user-mode where they are analyzed.
