S2D - Prepare Machines for Tests

Prepares machines to run storage cluster reliability tests. Requires at least 1 test controller marked with machine dimension "FS\MachineRole" as TC, and at least 2 nodes marked with machine dimension "FS\MachineRole" as NODE. Subsequent jobs may require more nodes.

Parameter name Parameter description
Domain domain of user used for test execution
UserName username of user used for test execution
Password password of user used for test execution
TCTestBinDir Test bin dir on TC; the name of the dir must match name passed to targetBinRoot in the setup script (or its default)
