MakeDragList function (commctrl.h)
Changes the specified single-selection list box to a drag list box.
Syntax

HWND hLB

Parameters
hLB
Type: HWND
A handle to the single-selection list box.
Return value
Type: BOOL
Returns nonzero if successful, or zero otherwise.
