WsWriteEndCData function (webservices.h)
Ends a CDATA section in the writer. If WsWriteEndCData is called without a prior call to WsWriteStartCData, this function returns WS_E_INVALID_OPERATION. (See Windows Web Services Return Values.)
Syntax

[in] WS_XML_WRITER *writer,
[in, optional] WS_ERROR *error
);
Parameters
[in] writer
A pointer to the WS_XML_WRITER object to which the end CDATA section is written. The pointer must reference a valid XML Writer object.
[in, optional] error
A pointer to a WS_ERROR object where additional information about the error should be stored if the function fails.
Return value
This function can return one of these values.
