Creates an IWSDOutboundAttachment object.

Syntax

HRESULT WSDCreateOutboundAttachment(
  [out] IWSDOutboundAttachment **ppAttachment
);

Parameters

[out] ppAttachment

Returns a reference to the initialized IWSDOutboundAttachment object. Cannot be NULL.

Return value

Possible return values include, but are not limited to, the following:

 attachmentOut is NULL.
E_OUTOFMEMORY
