IPixDxDumpFileDocument::GetGUID method

Gets the GPU dump GUID that can be used to find the corresponding live kernel dump in case of a TDR.

Syntax

HRESULT GetGUID(
    GUID * guid);

Parameters

guid [out]

Pointer to the returned dump GUID.

Returns

S_OK on success, otherwise an error code.

Remarks

Note

GUIDs (128-bit structs) are returned via an out parameter for COM interop.
