Create an IPixCaptureFileConverter for inspecting or upgrading GPU capture files. Each returned converter owns its own device-engine host process; reuse a single converter when performing multiple file operations.
Syntax

Parameters
riid [in]
The interface IID of the converter to be returned. Expected: IPixCaptureFileConverter.
converter [out]
Pointer to the returned interface.
Returns
S_OK if the converter was created successfully.
