Set the GPU power state for a running analysis. Use GetPowerStates to discover the available power-state IDs for the analysis adapter. Must be called while analysis is running (after StartAnalysis).

Parameters
powerState [in]
The power-state ID to apply, as returned by GetPowerStates.
Returns
S_OK on success, otherwise an error code.
