Stop a running analysis. After calling this, the analysis methods (GatherAccessedResources, GetTiming, etc.) will no longer be available. Call StartAnalysis again to restart, or Disconnect to release the device connection.

S_OK on success, otherwise an error code.

Analysis methods are no longer available until StartAnalysis is called again.
