Get counter value for a specified queue.
Syntax

UINT64 * counterValue);
Parameters
counterId [in]
The counter id to retrieve values for.
queueInfo [in]
The queue to retrieve the counter values for.
index [in]
The index of the counter value to retrieve. This also corresponds to the index of an event on the specified queue.
counterValue [out]
A preallocated UINT64 that counter value will be returned in. PIX_EVENT_COUNTER_NONE will be set if the event does not have counter data. Counter value returned will need to be interpreted using the counter's PIX_FORMAT_SPECIFIER_TYPE.
Returns
S_OK if retrieving counter values was successful, otherwise an error code.
