Get the GPU program/pipeline state at a particular event.

Parameters
eventInfo [in]
The event at which to get the program state.
riid [in]
The interface IID of the program state to be returned. Expected: IPixProgramState.
programState [out]
Pointer to the returned interface.
Returns
S_OK on success, otherwise an error code.
