IPixPostmortemEvent::GetParentEvent method

Gets the parent event of this event. Returns S_OK and nullptr if the current event is a root event.

Syntax

HRESULT GetParentEvent(
    REFIID riid,
    void ** ppParentEvent);

Parameters

riid [in]

The interface IID of the event to be returned. Expected: IPixPostmortemEvent

ppParentEvent [out]

Pointer to the returned interface.

Returns

S_OK on success, otherwise an error code.
