Get the event info. For PIX_TILE_MAP_EVENT_INITIAL_MAPPINGS this will correspond to the RecreateD3D12Resources event. For other events, it will correspond to the event that triggered the tile mapping change (e.g. UpdateTileMappings or CopyTileMappings).

The event info. Name and ApiCallData remain valid while this interface is alive because it retains the owning document. To use those members after releasing this interface, keep the owning document alive.
