Root-signature payload for a state-object subobject.
This structure has the same layout as D3D12_GLOBAL_ROOT_SIGNATURE and D3D12_LOCAL_ROOT_SIGNATURE, but replaces ID3D12RootSignature* with IPixRootSignature*. For D3D12_STATE_SUBOBJECT_TYPE_GLOBAL_ROOT_SIGNATURE and D3D12_STATE_SUBOBJECT_TYPE_LOCAL_ROOT_SIGNATURE, pDesc points to this structure. RootSignature may be null.
