Creates the PIX API factory, the entry point for all PIX API functionality.
Syntax
HRESULT PixCreateFactory(
REFIID riid,
void ** factory);
Parameters
riid [in]
The interface IID of the factory to be returned. Expected: IPixFactory.
factory [out]
Pointer to the returned interface. May be NULL.
Returns
S_OK if the factory was created successfully, otherwise an error code.
Remarks
Returns an IPixFactory for opening capture documents, connecting to devices, and creating supporting objects.
