BG_AUTH_SCHEME enumeration (bits1_5.h)

Defines constants that specify the authentication scheme to use when a proxy or server requests user authentication.

Syntax

typedef enum BG_AUTH_SCHEME {
  BG_AUTH_SCHEME_BASIC = 1,
  BG_AUTH_SCHEME_DIGEST,
  BG_AUTH_SCHEME_NTLM,
  BG_AUTH_SCHEME_NEGOTIATE,
  BG_AUTH_SCHEME_PASSPORT
} ;

Constants

BG_AUTH_SCHEME_BASIC
Value: 1
Basic is a scheme in which the user name and password are sent in clear-text to the server or proxy.
BG_AUTH_SCHEME_DIGEST
Digest is a challenge-response scheme that uses a server-specified data string for the challenge.

BG_AUTH_SCHEME_NEGOTIATE
