OpenClusterNetwork function (clusapi.h)
Opens a connection to a network and returns a handle to it. The PCLUSAPI_OPEN_CLUSTER_NETWORK type defines a pointer to this function.
Syntax
HNETWORK OpenClusterNetwork(
[in] HCLUSTER hCluster,
[in] LPCWSTR lpszNetworkName
);
Parameters
[in] hCluster
Handle to a cluster.
[in] lpszNetworkName
Pointer to the name of an existing network.
Return value

If the operation was successful, OpenClusterNetwork returns a network handle.
