Type: DWORD

DWORD that specifies size of structure. Set to sizeof(TTGETTITLE).

uTitleBitmap

UINT that specifies the tooltip icon.

UINT that specifies the number of characters in the title.

Type: WCHAR*

Pointer to a wide character string that contains the title.
