Defines the types of rules that you can define.

`FsrmRuleType_Unknown` Value: 0 The rule is unknown. Do not use this type.
`FsrmRuleType_Classification` Value: 1 The rule defines how a classification module affects a file.
`FsrmRuleType_Generic` Value: 2 For internal use only.
