IPSEC_KEY_MANAGER_NOTIFY_KEY0 callback function (fwpmu.h)
The IPSEC_KEY_MANAGER_NOTIFY_KEY0 function is used to notify Trusted Intermediary Agents (TIAs) of the keys for the SA being negotiated.
