API to get a unique identifier of the users enrollment.
Syntax

[out] KeyCredentialManagerInfo **keyCredentialManagerInfo
);
Parameters
[out] keyCredentialManagerInfo
Pointer to a pointer variable that receives a KeyCredentialManagerFreeInformation function.

Returns an HRESULT.
