ITextInputPanelEventSink::InputAreaChanged method (peninputpanel.h)
Occurs when the input area has changed on the Tablet PC Input Panel.

Parameters
[in] oldInputArea
The previous input area as defined by the PanelInputArea Enumeration.
[in] newInputArea
The current input area as defined by the PanelInputArea Enumeration.
