ITraceRelogger::AddLogfileTraceStream method (relogger.h)

The AddLogfileTraceStream method adds a new logfile-based ETW trace stream to the relogger.

Syntax

HRESULT AddLogfileTraceStream(
  [in]          BSTR           LogfileName,
  [in]          void           *UserContext,
                RELOGSTREAM_ID *TraceStreamId
);

Parameters

[in] LogfileName

Type: BSTR

The file that contains the events to be relogged.

[in] UserContext

Type: void*

The user context under which to relog these events.

TraceStreamId

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.

Remarks

Events in the newly-added stream will generate callbacks to the IEventCallback object associated with this relogger.
