ISearchBoxInfo::GetText method (shobjidl.h)

Retrieves the contents of the search box as plain text.

Syntax

HRESULT GetText(
  [out] LPWSTR *ppsz
);

Parameters

[out] ppsz

Type: LPWSTR*

Pointer to a buffer that, when this method returns successfully, receives the full text entered in the search box.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
