BFO_NONE Value: 0 Do nothing.
BFO_BROWSER_PERSIST_SETTINGS Value: 0x1 Use the browser stream for this item. (Same window position as IE browser windows.)
BFO_RENAME_FOLDER_OPTIONS_TOINTERNET Value: 0x2 Rename Folder Options to Internet Options in the Tools or View menu.
BFO_BOTH_OPTIONS Value: 0x4 Keep both Folder Options and Internet Options in the Tools or View menu.
BIF_PREFER_INTERNET_SHORTCUT Value: 0x8 This namespace extension prefers a .url shortcut over a .lnk shortcut.
