Removes a root and its children from a tree.

Syntax

HRESULT RemoveRoot(
  [in] IShellItem *psiRoot
);

Parameters

[in] psiRoot

Type: IShellItem*

A pointer to the root that is to be removed.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
