ITAgentSession::get_TotalCallTime method (tapi3cc.h)
The get_TotalCallTime method gets the number of seconds spent on ACD calls during this agent session (by this agent). This value includes the time spent on the phone plus wrap-up time.
Syntax
HRESULT get_TotalCallTime(
[out] long *plCallTime
);
Parameters
[out] plCallTime
Pointer to total call time.
Return value
This method can return one of these values.
