ITRequestEvent::get_AppName method (tapi3if.h)

The get_AppName method gets the name of the application.

Syntax

HRESULT get_AppName(
  [out] BSTR *ppAppName
);

Parameters

[out] ppAppName

Pointer to a BSTR containing the application name.

Return value

This method can return one of these values.

Return code	Description
S_OK	Method succeeded.
E_POINTER	The ppAppName is not a valid pointer.
E_OUTOFMEMORY	Insufficient memory exists to perform the operation.

Remarks

The application must use SysFreeString to free the memory allocated for the ppAppName parameter.
