Gets the paragraph font alignment state.

[out, retval] pValue
Type: long*
The paragraph font alignment state. It can be one of the following values.

Return value
Type: HRESULT
If the method succeeds, it returns NOERROR. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
