Gets the border colors of the active cell.
Syntax

Parameters
[in] pcrLeft
Type: long*
The active-cell left border color.
[in] pcrTop
Type: long*
The active-cell top border color.
[in] pcrRight
Type: long*
The active-cell right border color.
[in] pcrBottom
Type: long*
The active-cell bottom border color.
Return value
Type: HRESULT
If the method succeeds, it returns NOERROR. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
