EnableFastReauth (EapAkaPrime) element

The EnableFastReauth (EapAkaPrime) element is an optional Boolean flag indicating whether the client can perform fast re-authentication when possible. If set to TRUE, the fast re-authentication is performed. If set to FALSE or absent, full authentication is performed.
