The INapSoHConstructor provides methods that are used by SHAs to construct SoHRequests and by SHVs to construct SoHResponses.

| INapSoHConstructor::GetSoH | Retrieves the constructed SoH packet. |
| INapSoHConstructor::Initialize | Initializes the SoH packet. |
| INapSoHConstructor::Validate | Checks the validity of the SoH packet. |
