IVMVirtualMachine::BaseBoardSerialNumber property

[Windows Virtual PC is no longer available for use as of Windows 8. Instead, use the Hyper-V WMI provider (V2).]

Retrieves and sets the base board serial number.

This property is read/write.

Syntax

Specifies the base board serial number.

Remarks

This property will not contain valid information until after the virtual machine has started up for the first time. An empty string will be returned if it is read before the initial startup.
