IWICComponentInfo_GetFriendlyName_Proxy function

Proxy function for the GetFriendlyName method.

Syntax

HRESULT IWICComponentInfo_GetFriendlyName_Proxy(
  _In_    IWICComponentInfo *THIS_PTR,
  _In_    UINT              cchFriendlyName,
  _Inout_ WCHAR             *wzFriendlyName,
  _Out_   UINT              *pcchActual
);

Parameters

THIS_PTR [in]

Type: IWICComponentInfo*

Pointer to this IWICComponentInfo object.

cchFriendlyName [in]

Type: UINT

The size of the wzFriendlyName buffer.

wzFriendlyName [in, out]

Type: WCHAR*

A pointer that receives the friendly name of the component.

The string returned is locale specific, 1033 by default.

pcchActual [out]

Type: UINT*

A pointer that receives the actual length of the component's friendly name.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this function succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
