gallery

Rich, customizable list boxes that can be used to organize items by category, display them in flexible column- and row-based layouts, and represent them with images and text. Depending on the type of gallery, live preview is also supported.

MiniToolbar

A set of Ribbon Commands, scoped to the current context and presented in a rectangular container that appears near the pointer.

Q

Quick Access Toolbar (QAT)

A small customizable toolbar on the Ribbon UI that provides one-click access to Commands selected by the user.

Ribbon markup

Standard XML-based declarative markup that specifies the commands, visual resources, control layout, and scaling behavior of the Ribbon UI.

template

A set of layout hints that specify the size and organization of Ribbon controls based on the Ribbon size.

View

A top-level container that hosts Windows Ribbon UI controls.
