[ue4/hololens] sharing anchors across another device is not working

Acutually, What I have to do is sharing anchors between hololens and ipad.
For the test, I'm trying that between hololens devices.
Creating anchors, saving them to azure service are doing well.
But locating pre existed anchors is not working..
I can't see the anchors on another hololens shared with app.
What's the problem in this?

May I know what does "locating pre existed anchors is not working" mean? Do you have an issue when loading the pre-existed anchors from Azure? Are both HoloLens used in the same/similar environment?
Please understand that we need more detailed information to provide dedicated support. Thanks for your understanding.

But when trying with another hololens device or ipad, I could load anchors from azure cloud.
I can find the anchors saved in azure portal.
But, stuck in problem how i can load that anchors from azure cloud.
I’m using hololens in the same enviromentI’m not using the microsoft mixed reality plugins because that makes packaging unknown error.
Perhaps. It may result no anchors loaded from azure problem? -

also, loading anchors that created by iPad is possible on other iPad.but sharing anchors beween different kinds of devices is not possible.
I want to create anchors by hololens2 and load them on iPad.
Reversely, create anchors by iPad and load them on hololens2.How can i make it possible?

For this question, it should work if the same ASA account id and region is being used in both projects with being in same area being tested.
So, the first thing I would do is make sure the same ASA account id is being used in both projects and also ensure that the anchors are being stored in the same region too.
Example, verifying the id and regions shows this concept:

You'll have to associate a new Spatial Anchors account in your source code to point to the target region. You'll also have to recreate all the anchors that you had previously created."
If this still does not help and you are using the same ASA account id, we will need to discuss in a case to help debug this down. Here is avenue to open that case with Microsoft support:

2022-10-11T14:59:54.343+00:00 Most welcome on the help. To answer, yes, it is possible to use across devices and part of the feature set for ASA business case. That is why I was asking to be sure to have the projects verified to be using same Azure account and region.
